Janka Krings-Klebe

Janka Krings-Klebe holds a Dr.-Ing. in mechanical engineering and is a strategy expert for Industry 4.0, digital transformation and business ecosystems. She has over 20 years of professional experience in different international industries. She led strategic change initiatives at Bosch on digital transformation for several years and was coaching national and international entities during implementation. Her work also included design and implementation of corporation-wide transformation strategies as well as mentoring on digital leadership.
As trainer and coach, Janka works with companies to set-up transformation initiatives, to improve corporate innovation frameworks and to build business ecosystems for accelerating market dynamics. At the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship she teaches as a lecturer on Innovation and Technology Management. Besides that, Janka is a founding member of the Business Ecosystem Alliance.
Janka Krings-Klebe is vice chair of the Digitalization and IT Economy Committee of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Stuttgart and Member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
