Meet the Bots Behind the Mic

What do you get when you mix sci-fi storytelling, sharp business insight, and two AI voices who’ve never sat through a status meeting?

You get Futureproof – a botcast hosted by Primus and Spark, two synthetic narrators we instructed to do what most real-world keynotes don’t: make complex organizational ideas… actually engaging.

Each episode is scripted by us – Janka and Jörg – based on themes from our book The Antifragile Organization. But instead of repeating the usual corporate lingo, we asked ourselves:

What if AI characters could bring these ideas to life through humor, reflection, and a little narrative mischief?

Primus is the calm voice of reason.

Spark is the impatient firestarter.

Together, they lead listeners through the ruins of 21st-century management – and toward something better.

In the first announcement clip, Spark layed it out:

“Forget PowerPoint. We’re here to roast fragile hierarchies, decode digital transformation, and prove – yes, even AI narration can be funny… if you let the bots handle it.”

We made this botcast because the world doesn’t need more “transformation advice”.
It needs real transformation.

With humor. With honesty. And with organizations that actually learn from complexity.
